Booking & Payment Policies

1. VIP Appointment Policy

VIP appointments are required for services scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, as well as on national holidays.

VIP appointments are priced at $200.

If an appointment is booked during VIP hours without selecting the VIP option, the price difference will be charged on the day of the appointment.

 

2. Payment Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a booking is confirmed, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

 

3. Booking Requirement

The full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

Appointments will not be confirmed without completed payment.

 

4. Bridal Inquiries

For all bridal inquiries, please send a text message to the phone number listed above.

Please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Wedding Date
• Location
• Number of People Requiring Services

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry.

5. Makeup Lessons / 1:1 Courses

One-on-one makeup lessons are available on:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays only

If you would like to schedule a lesson on another day, please contact me directly to check availability.

Courtesy & Appointment Guidelines

​

1. Preparation for Appointment

Please arrive with:

• A clean, freshly washed face
• Groomed or waxed brows

If you have significant facial hair, skin texture, or scars, please be aware that these may be more visible after makeup application.

​

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid delaying other clients.

Additional Policies

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may require a new booking.

​

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit their payment.

​

Guest Policy

To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

Right to Refuse Service

Darly Di Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
